JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: At least 4 years’ PQE
LOCATION: South Yorkshire (Commutable from Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Sheffield)

THE ROLE:

Its Residential Property team is currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post completion as well as supporting the Head of Department with the supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues. You will have the opportunity to carve a niche for themselves within the local market through developing ongoing business relationships with estate agencies and other work referrers.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful Residential Property Lawyer will have at least 4 years’ fee earning experience and be able to demonstrate an understanding in a wide variety of matters including leaseholds, unregistered properties and agricultural work. It is essential that you have a proven track record dealing with residential property transactions, excellent communication and team working abilities.
