Childcare Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be assisting an East Midlands based Local Authority with recruitment for a permanent Childcare Lawyer.

Our client is seeking a Lawyer to join their Childcare team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have recent in depth knowledge and post qualification experience in childcare litigation, to include advising on social services functions in respect of children, young persons, safeguarding and judicial review challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive to join a friendly, dynamic and supportive team.

This role is anticipated to be worked remotely until lockdown restrictions have eased, after which it is likely that the successful candidate will be required to attend meetings, court, etc. in person, as required.
