They have a rich heritage dating back over 60 years and throughout this time they have developed an outstanding team of professionals, many of whom are ranked as leaders in the field.

It is common place for their Solicitors to be called upon by the media such as Sky and the BBC for their opinion, interview and first comment due to their high level of expertise. They work with big name clients and are known for their Legal Aid work.

The firm has recently taken on over 30 new members of staff, bringing their total headcount to over 140 staff. The practice is continuing to grow and you will work within a friendly, professional and dynamic team, at hand in a team of over 140 professionals.

The Role

This position is a stand-alone role encompassing full HR and administrative functions including the following responsibilities:

• Managing
• Payroll
• Recruitment
• Enhancing business performance / staff benefits
• Further development of HR policies and procedures
  
  

You will possess the expertise and experience in the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well to tight deadlines and prioritise workload when appropriate
