Company Commercial Solicitor

This long-established London law firm was established over 150 years ago. It has expanded in recent times, moved into stunning offices and acquired another firm.

They are very busy with new instructions and there is now an opportunity for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join the existing team.

Your role will include working very closely with the HOD on a mixed caseload of company commercial matters for SMEs. Typical duties will include drafting and negotiating various agreements and contracts, some IP and start-ups.

To succeed in your application, you will:

• Be an experienced Solicitor, ideally 5 or more years' PQE
• Have recent and relevant experience handling company commercial matters
• Be a skilled practitioner, with client facing skills and a commercial approach to your work
• Ideally possess business development skills, as these will be a distinct advantage
