Commercial Paralegal (flexible working available)

Commercial Paralegal/Co-Sec | Oxfordshire (mainly flexible working) | 6 month FTC with potential to extend | Competitive salary

A busy technology company based in Oxfordshire are seeking a senior paralegal/legal secretary to support their small in-house legal team and company secretary.

The role
*Reviewing a range of legal contracts including TOBs, NDAs and technology related documents
*Supporting corporate functions and advising on documents
*Attending board meetings and taking minutes
*Supporting the Company Secretary on company filing

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a law degree and 4 years experience in a similar supporting role. You will be highly organised and have the ability to work autonomously. Experience reviewing commercial contracts and attending board meetings is essential.
