Conveyancing Locum

Sellick Partnership are working with a West Midlands based private practice who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing locum to join the business on an initial 3 month contract with high chances of extension thereafter. The role will be helping to cover a large influx of work, due to the stamp duty holiday, as well as covering for permanent recruitment.

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive, however, unqualified candidates will be considered. You will undertake a full case load of Residential Property matters including, but not limited to; sales, purchases, shared ownership, help to buy, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. The firm are willing to consider a full time or part time assignment.

Experience required

• 5 years' experience within Residential Property, candidates with a mix of Commercial and Residential property will also be considered
• Have the confidence and ability to work autonomously and make decisions on cases
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
