My client, an award winning highly regarded Legal 500 & Chambers UK practice now has exciting growth plans and are opening a new office in Essex. (Epping/Brentwood location)
This position would suit somebody with strong leadership skills, ideally previous experience managing juniors, strong business and commecial acumen and someone who enjoys working part of a team.
The role would involve running your own private family caseload (divorce, financial matters, private children, pre-nupts etc) whilst line managing team members, both fee earners and support staff. My client wants someone who is keen to participate in networking/business development to develop contacts to aid strategic growth. This position would involve working in collaboration with Partners and peers to effectively support the Partnership and to initiate and develop positive change within the practice.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who really wants to get stuck in and make their mark on a new office.
In return, you will receive a very competitive salary alongside bonus, generous holidays and much more.
If you are considering a new role and would like a confidential non committal conversation in the first instance, please email. Alternatively, please send your CV and I will be in touch.
