Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Our clients are a busy, full-service South London firm with a long-established history. This Lexcel and CQS accredited firm are now seeking a senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join them. The firm has experienced significant growth in its corporate and commercial work over the past few years and are looking for an individual to take on a high quality caseload within the department. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious, forward thinking individual looking to take the step up.
About the Role
You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures, share buybacks, de-mergers, reorganisation, MBO’s, shareholder agreements, and general advisory work, as well as drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts on behalf of some high-profile clients. You will be given excellent support and the firm have a fantastic marketing team. You will be supported by the team secretary and the team paralegal and will have access to the firm’s professional support lawyer.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of individuals with at least 6 years PQE, good business judgment and strong interpersonal skills. You will need to show strong financial and commercial awareness, recognise the importance and have the appetite for business development and ideally have a following, however a following is not essential.
