A highly respected Top 200 practice based in London seeks a capable Residential Property Solicitor to join their Top Tier, Legal 500 team. Based in London, this Associate Solicitor role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will:

• Join a department that acts on behalf of a mix of UK and international high-net-worth clients on the sales and purchase of high value London property as well as prime country houses, farms and estates.
• Handle other related matters such as enfranchisement, portfolio management, refurbishment and residential development.
• Hit the ground running with you own caseload of files with the support of the Partners and senior Fee Earners.
• Whilst the department has a network of loyal and repeat clients, you will be given the opportunity to network and develop own client base in order to further develop your caseload.

Salary & Benefits

On offer for the Residential Property Solicitor will be a competitive salary in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, in addition to a competitive benefits package and Fee Earner bonus scheme.
