Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a public sector organisation in the North East of England on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate for Property Solicitor role will have experience of the following:
- Residential conveyancing
- Stock plot purchases from housebuilders
- Purchase agreements
- Land acquisitions
- Commercial leases and disposals
- Overage deeds and planning infrastructure agreements
What they are looking for in a candidate is:
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to think fast on your feet
- Work independently
- Communication and negotiating skills
- Assess situations with little support
