Residential Conveyancer
Swinton
£25,000-£40,000
A traditional law firm with two offices in Greater Manchester are seeking an experienced Conveyancer (ideally 2-3 years qualified) or Legal Executive to join their busy team in Swinton.
You'll be joining a well-established conveyancing team where you will be assisting six other fee-earners in a busy, friendly environment; managing a varied caseload of sale & purchase, re-mortgage, and lease & tenancy agreements from start to finish.
You will be an ambitious qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 2-3 years PQE and have the ability to run your own case load efficiently.
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary is competitive, depending on experience
• This is a full-time permanent role and will be office based
• Working hours: 9.00am until 5.00pm
• 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
