Overview of role
- Job title: Paralegal / Legal Executive

- Previous Experience: Candidates should have excellent academics and a proven background in litigation whether property liability, commercial litigation, insurance litigation or general personal injury litigation. Strong LPC graduates also welcome.
Complex area of commercial insurance litigation
Property Liability is a vast and often complex area of commercial insurance litigation. It deals with instances where clients have suffered sometimes significant financial loss due to an incident, sometimes involving a serious accident or catastrophic malfunction of equipment.
Examples of such incidents might include a dangerous chemical leak from a factory or a serious break down of plant machinery resulting in massive damage and losses for the client. Cases might also involve an international element with cross-jurisdictional challenges adding an extra level of complexity.
The clients advised by the team range from national companies to global PLCs who demand an elite service and rapid solutions to often major challenges.
Strong academic profile with real passion for litigation
Strong academics are crucial coupled with a genuine passion for litigation. Previous litigation (especially property liability experience or commercial litigation) experience is necessary. Candidates with insurance litigation or general personal injury litigation experience will also be considered. Strong LPC candidates also encouraged to apply.
The team is looking for natural litigators who are bright and hard working and who wish to progress within one of the best teams in the industry. You will receive excellent training and the chance to gain experience with some of the leaders in their field.
