Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a real breadth of disputes. These will include contractual disputes, IP matters, defamation cases as well as judicial reviews. The department acts for clients across a range of sectors and clients include SMEs, larger corporates as well as public sector bodies.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You will have good client care skills and be adept at managing a range of cases.
