A fantastic Employment Solicitor/Associate opportunity working for a highly regarded, und substantial Home Counties firm alongside an excellent and talented team
You will be at least 2 years PQE up to a more Senior level and have experience in Employment law both contentious and non-contentious. The work is varied and interesting, advising both organisations and individuals and will consist of matters to include HR Policies, grievances and disciplinaries, discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissals and whistle blowing.
Advocacy experience would also be valued here.
You will be working closely alongside the existing team who are supportive and work cohesively. You should be someone who is commercially minded and is happy to get involved in business development and marketing activities.
