Real Estate Development Solicitor
Leeds
QED Legal Recruitment are working with a Top 50 international practice with a well-established offering in Leeds city centre who are looking for a Real Estate Development Solicitor to join their market leading real estate team.
The wider real estate team encompasses over 200 lawyers and the team ranks in the top tier of the leading legal directories across multiple cities in the UK for the property work that they do.
This role is more of a development role rather than a wider, general real estate one and as such the right candidate will have strong experience and perhaps more importantly a strong interest in development transactions.
The client list is impressive with a number of FTSE 100, blue chip national and international names, and local authorities. The quality and value of the work is second to none.
The right candidate will have between 1-3 years qualification experience in commercial property and development work at a national, regional or strong boutique practice.
The culture at the firm is a positive one with a low turnover of staff, and where diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords, with the firm being recognised by outside bodies/organisations for how ingrained both are into the firm.
Salary is competitive with great benefits.
