An award winning and Legal 500 ranked firm based in the North West seeks to recruit a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor for a full-time, permanent position.
The Role
As a member of a growing department, the Corporate Commercial Solicitor will assist Partners and Senior Solicitors on a wide range of matters including:
- Corporate M&A work, company formation and administration.
- Due diligence and disclosure, investment agreements, shareholder agreements.
- Restructuring/insolvency work.
- Technology/ E-Commerce & Telecoms contracts.
- Software development, licensing, and hosting agreements.
- Commercial contracts /JV agreements.
The Candidate
This is an opportunity ideal for a qualified Solicitor who demonstrates:
- NQ-5 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law.
