Our client is a leading Top 200 ranked UK law firm with an office network across the South West of England. They are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with approximately 4 years PQE to join their highly successful and reputable Commercial Property team.  A varied role with good quality work, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in development work and high value transactions, acting for individuals, quality SMEs, developers and local agricultural clients from around Dorset and South Somerset. The Team also provides property support to the Corporate Department on business sales and purchases.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate (in particular) a good working knowledge of commercial leases and be confident they can deliver to tight deadlines for appreciative but demanding clients.  Excellent analytical and organisational skills are required together with the ability to adapt well to new challenges.

A committed team player, the successful candidate will benefit from the freedom to manage his/her own caseload whilst operating in a fast paced, friendly and supportive environment.

Strong relationship building skills and a personable approach are essential.  Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic, the successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude for business development and marketing as well as an ability to cope with a high volume of good quality work and an appreciation of appropriate pricing and commerciality.
