A long standing, multi-service practice based in Didsbury has a rare opening within its Residential Conveyancing department for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to work within its busy team.
The position is part-time (days/hours to be mutually agreed) and will see you joining a small yet dedicated Residential Conveyancing team with the responsibility for your own portfolio of Residential Conveyancing transactions, which you'll handle from instruction through to completion. Your caseload will be truly varied and you'll be expected to work with little or no supervision, matters covered include leasehold and freehold, sale and purchase, transfer of equity, and shared ownership.
The position will best suit an experienced Conveyancer looking for a reduced week, you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary (pro rata) in line with PQE and previous experience, along with additional benefits.
