Our client is a top 20 global law firm who are seeking to recruit an Associate Solicitor into their Commercial Development (Real Estate) team in Manchester.

The team act on complex commercial development transactions including mixed-use developments, residential developments, regeneration projects for a range of public and private sector clients such as major developers, government bodies, funders, investors and local authorities.

You will have gained experience across a wide range of development related real estate work in your training contract or post-qualifying and will have a passion for working on market-leading local, national and international development work.
