Corporate Associate

An award-winning international law firm is expanding their leading corporate department with a senior hire.

The ideal candidate will be at least 2 years PQE and can assist in matters that include but not limited to: Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, Business sales, Equity Capital markets and private equity. You must have proven experience with corporate transactional work and can demonstrate consistency within an associate level role.

You will be supporting on mergers or acquisitions or disposal transactions for corporate clients as well as disposal of business, assets, and shares.
