A progressive regional firm with an excellent reputation has a requirement for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 4 years PQE to join their team working at the teams Wimbledon office.
You will work with a busy team on a very wide range of company / commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation - covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc.
Progression and development will be provided and you can expect to join a reputable and growing firm with a strong team culture.This role will suit a Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE experience in Company Commercial matters.
You will be a confident and ambitious individual who is comfortable networking and building long term relationships with clients.
