Graduate Recruitment Assistant
Leading US law firm has created a new position within their HR team to assist with all matters relating to Trainee recruitment for the London office. This will include organising recruitment events, drafting promotional materials, scheduling interviews and arranging vacation schemes and also provide administrative support for the Trainee processes such as seat rotations, secondments and the qualification process. Duties will include coordinate the firm’s attendance at law fairs and other recruitment events, coordinate the ‘open day’ events in the office, review and update the firm’s careers website and firm profiles on external sites/publications, work with the social media team to keep the Twitter page updated, assist with the annual recruitment brochure review, manage the graduate recruitment inbox. Plus you will be responsible in assisting the Senior HR Manager with future trainee events, prepare new trainee offer letters and employment contracts, coordinate conflicts and pre-employment screening process for new trainees and preparing induction books and benefits packs. Once the Trainees have joined you will be responsible for the administration for Trainee seat moves, international and client secondments, schedule end of seat appraisals and help organise the NQ process. Applicants need to be bright, energetic and have a willing and proactive attitude to their work plus be very organised with a high-level of attention to detail. Applicants must have at least 12+ months previous graduate recruitment experience from an administrative level. This firm is second to none in terms of staff retention and a positive reputation to work for. Standard hours are 9am to 5pm with a flexible attitude required as graduate recruitment is a very fluid and busy department. To £32,000 with fantastic benefits.
