Corporate Solicitor

A top commercial law firm with a strong Northern presence is currently in the market for an NQ Solicitor with good mergers and acquisitions experience to join their highly rated corporate team. Joining their well-established Liverpool office, the Corporate Solicitor will be offered a full-time, permanent role.

Trainees looking to qualify into corporate, newly qualified Solicitors and Solicitors with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience will all be considered for the role provided they have solid corporate experience gained from a reputable regional or national firm.

The Role

Alongside transactional M&A work (of the highest quality in the region), the Corporate Solicitor will be expected to undertake a general mix of other interesting and stimulating work including:

• Ensuring company compliance with statutory duties.
• Company incorporations.
• Corporate restructuring.
• Management buyouts.
• Shareholder advice.

Existing clients of the firm include leading companies and finance institutions as well as a number household names in the energy, retailers, and consumer sectors.

The firm's approach combines a real understanding of client's business needs, the markets and industry sectors to ensure high quality expertise and client care.

When normality resumes our client will be embracing flexible working, with a split of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office available. On that basis, they are keen to consider applicants outside the local area.

Salary and Benefits
