This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to work for a thriving, highly regarded and forward-thinking firm in Hove.
Your caseload will be the full remit of private client matters both simple and complex, including wills, probate/estate administrations, lasting powers of attorney/deputyships, trusts and tax planning (including IHT and CGT). Trusts will comprise 50% of your caseload and therefore experience in this area is essential.
