The Role

The firm are looking to hire a ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing practice.

The firm are expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial property / development team. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: acquisition and disposals, site assemblies, planning agreement, land sale matters and much more.

Development is a heavy focus of this department and they are seeking someone with an interest in this particular aspect of commercial property. They are on several panels providing them with high quality levels of work

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor looking to join a market leading firm
