Personal Injury Paralegal (Travel Injurys Team)

Travel Litigation Paralegal | Top 100 Law Firm | Manchester

Our client is a Top 100 law firm with offices throughout the UK, with a growing team in excess of 500 Partners and staff. They are seeking a paralegal to join the travel injury litigation team.

Experience of Personal Injury work is required. Prior experience in travel injury work would be an advantage but is not essential.

Main duties and responsibilities

* Assisting on a caseload of travel injury claims

* Drafting of client and witness statements,

* Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel,

* Court documents,

* Reviewing and collating medical records,

* Reviewing medical reports,

* Researching case law on liability and quantum,

* Drafting advice to clients,

* Liaising with clients and updating on case progress,

* Preparing court bundles,

* Dealing with billing and disbursement payments
