A leading commercial firm with a highly rated personal injury department is looking to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal for its specialist travel litigation team. This is a full-time, permanent position in North West England.
Your New Role
In this newly created role, the Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for:
- Drafting of client and witness statements.
- Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel.
- Court documents.
- Reviewing and collating medical records.
- Reviewing medical reports.
- Researching case law on liability and quantum.
- Drafting advice to clients.
- Liaising with clients and updating on case progress.
- Preparing court bundles.
- Dealing with billing and disbursement payments.
About You
The firm is looking to hire a Paralegal who demonstrates:
- At least 6 months experience in personal injury.
- A bright, commercial mindset.
Salary
On offer for the Personal Injury Paralegal will be £18,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
