Senior Legal Counsel - 15 month FTC

SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - PAYMENTS - LONDON
Our client - a multinational payments company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel who has experience advising on UK e-money and payments regulation. This role is a 12-15 month fixed term contract due to start ASAP.

Suitable candidates must be 5PQE + qualified lawyers who have experience providing commercially focused regulatory advice. Individuals with further experience working on regulatory developments in the areas of payments (PSD2, 2EMD, 5AMLD), gambling, FX, and Cryptocurrency are of particular interest.

Candidates must have experience in FCA-focused work and have strong technical legal drafting skills.
