Dispute Resolution Paralegal
Camberley
A legal 500, full service firm requires a paralegal to join their Dispute Resolution team based in Camberley.
The successful candidate will run undefended debt recovery work which includes bulk clients as well as the firms own unpaid Client invoices. As well as debt recovery, the role also includes assisting fee earners in the Department by providing legal support and appropriate level of advice to clients.
You will also be involved in business networking and developing contacts and clients through business development activities.
Experience Required:
- Experience running undefended debt recovery matters with minimal supervision to include enforcement of Judgements.
- Knowledge of Court process and contract law is essential
