A firm that I've placed candidates with over the last 12 months are keen to add a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to their Manchester office.
A Legal 500 law firm with a strong presence across the UK, benefits from a strong reputation, particularly across their Clinical Negligence offering.
As a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct Clinical Negligence claims for defendant clients including the NHS
- Manage a caseload of complex and high value defendant Clinical Negligence claims
Candidates with up to 8 years PQE are preferred however we will take all candidates in to consideration. If you come from a claimant clinical negligence background you are encouraged to apply.
