NQ Role

Our client, a Legal500 firm in the Thames Valley, is seeking an NQ Real Estate finance NQ to join its highly regarded and successful Property Finance Team. Our client's Property Finance Team has undergone extensive growth in recent years and they have now created a new role for an enthusiastic and conscientious NQ solicitor to contribute to the success of the team and to act for a lender in taking and perfecting security over residential buy-to-let or commercial properties from individuals, trusts, companies and limited liability partnerships.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in real estate finance as a trainee or alternatively a background in commercial property and/or banking and finance work.
