Experienced family solicitor needed for leading law firm in Brighton. Great opportunity for a fee earner to work with autonomy, managing their own caseload.

Description

• You will be responsible for providing a range of family legal services, including pre-marital
  advice, cohabitation, divorce/separation, financial settlement, Children Act claims, private children and injunctive proceedings
• Ideally be a member of Resolution, preferably a mediator, be collaboratively trained and/or
  have specialist family accreditation(s)
• Play an active role in sustaining and developing the family department by
  networking and participating in marketing events

Profile

The successful candidate will be confident in managing their own private family caseload.
