Residential Conveyancer
Newcastle
QED legal have been instructed to find an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the growing team of this well regarded central Newcastle law firm. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to c£35K
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience handling a mixed caseload to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, new builds, transfer of equity, remortgage and shared ownership. You should be comfortable handling your own volume caseload.
