The Role
The firm is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor into their office in East Lancashire.
This is a vital role the firm, with opportunity to progress your career.
Your caseload will include providing legal advice concerning financial management matters, planning and investments, tax returns and accounting.
You will help mentor and supervise junior members of the team and support the wider team.
You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.
Requirements
- You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- You will have a strong work ethic
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
- You have a keenness to be involved with business development activities
- You will show initiative, drive and have excellent communication skills.
Remuneration
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
