The Role:

My client is a leading firm in legal spend management, focused on the growth and development of their team. As a result of continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to appoint an additional costs specialist to their costs team.

Responsibilities will be varied, with key areas to include the preparation of Points of Dispute for Fast Track and Multi Track claims, telephone-based negotiation, providing advise to clients, attending hearings and working to meet set targets.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will have prior experience in running a caseload of costs claims. You will have good knowledge of the CPR and a demonstrable history of complying with client SLA's / MI completion. Advocacy skills are advantageous.

Experienced candidates of all levels will be considered, though please note you will be working remotely and so need a solid foundation of costs knowledge, as well as solid IT skills, including the ability to effectively use a case management system.
