Conveyancing Assistant- Barnsley
The Firm:
-Regional and well respected law firm with offices across Yorkshire

The Role:
-You will be working in the Barnsley office within a friendly team assisting a conveyancer with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-You will be exposed to the full remit of conveyancing transactions which will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* New builds
* Leasehold flats
Requirements:
-Must have previous experience of working within residential property
-Be able to deal with both sale and purchase files
-Team player
-Eagerness to learn and develop
-Excellent communication skills
