The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer in Bedford

The team achieved significant quality driven growth last year which is set to continue. Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience in dealing with their own caseload to work independently. You will also be expected to support a Partner who will guide your growth within the organisation.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• Tenancy agreements

The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional and national clients - the firm will also provide you with all the resources and support to be successful in the role.

This is an exciting opportunity which would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Residential Conveyancer looking to build their experience in a collegiate atmosphere, offering a varied role and further progression prospects.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 2 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• Able to handle your own caseload of high value and medium volume work
