Commercial Property Solicitor, 1+ PQE – Cambridge – Salary £DOE – Reputable regional practice is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Cambridge team.

THE ROLE:
The established commercial property team covers a variety of matters on behalf of a varied client base including PLCs and individuals. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will responsible for your own caseload of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold matters, landlord and tenant matters, development matters and other property related matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have up to 4 years PQE and a proven track record of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. With at least 12 months experience you will have experience of managing your own caseload, advising on a variety of commercial property matters as well as undertaking business development activities. Gained within an already established commercial property team, you will have worked within a reputable practice renowned for their commercial property offerings.
