QED Legal have been instructed to find a corporate commercial solicitor to join this well regarded Newcastle based commercial law firm. The ideal candidate will be at least 3 years PQE.
The role will involve working on a range of corporate transactions which will include -
Mergers and Acquisitions,
Corporate Finance,
Due Diligence,
Private Equity,
Joint Ventures,
Corporate Governance & Compliance
This role will see you work closely with senior solicitors in the team. This position is best suited to someone who is confident carrying a substantial caseload, enjoys business development and is looking for a long term role with excellent progression opportunities. The firm are offering an excellent package overall.
