The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in Milton Keynes

You will join the highly ranked, Commercial Property department who works with a high-level workload. The team is fast-paced and works dynamically to get the work done to a good standard. Your work will develop into a specialist area quickly and soon be given full autonomy to grow the department further.

You will be working on a wide range of commercial property matters and will be expected to have a general understanding of the following areas:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases
• Property development
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2PQE+
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• Experience with dealing with a broad caseload
• Commercial awareness
