The Role:

A well-established multi-office law firm are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Norwich, assisting in the growth and development of the department.

This role will involve providing a high-quality service in relation to Commercial Property matters, managing a caseload under supervision and contributing to business development activities in order to attract new clients.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will be ideally a newly qualified Solicitor with prior exposure to Commercial Property work. You will have an enthusiasm for Commercial Property work with an eagerness to learn and become involved in business development opportunities. As such, this would best suit somebody with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and an outgoing nature.

You will be able to effectively prioritise your workload under pressure to meet deadlines, both through demonstrating your own initiative and also through working as part of a team. IT literacy is required, as you will be responsible for using the firm's Case Management Systems.
