The Role
Opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE with solid technical skills to join a well-regarded team based in central London.
You will be working alongside several highly experienced partners who are recognised in the legal 500 directories. Examples of the caseload you will be handling include the following:
· Mergers & Acquisitions
· Joint Ventures
· Corporate Financing
· Intellectual Property
· GDPR and Privacy work
· Private Equity
This department deals with a varied client base, including from HNW and national / international clients. This practice punch well above their weight in respect of quality of work.
Requirements:
· You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
· You will have broad corporate commercial experience
· You should have a good technical knowledge
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
