THE ROLE
The London office is seeking to recruit an England & Wales qualified M&A Associate.
The role will require the ability to work across a full range of M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues.
ABOUT YOU.
With 2-4pqe gained at a Magic, Silver Circle or US law firm, you will be able to act as a lead associate, working directly for partners and counsel.
The role offers a chance to act for a vast range of clients and a great deal of autonomy.
For candidates with a higher level of experience within this bracket, the firm would expect to see the ability to supervise and develop talented juniors within the group.
