The Role

You will be provided with all the latest technology and guidance from other senior Solicitors and Partners to achieve in the firm. You should be ambitious for progression as they are looking at growing their top team further in the coming years.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• Tenancy agreements

This is an exciting opportunity which would suit a Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer looking to build their experience in a dynamic atmosphere, offering a varied role and further progression prospects.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 5 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have a technical knowledge for a range of matters
• A key focus in a particular area of Residential Property and ability to grow your caseload independently
