Our client, an East Midlands based Local Authority is seeking an experience Planning Solicitor to join their Legal Services team on a locum basis for a minimum period of 3 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to join a friendly and professional team, assisting with a range of planning and highways law matters, which may include;
- Drafting planning and highways agreements, including S106, S278 and S38 agreements
- Advising on matters, which could be in relation to; highways, transport, town & country planning, public rights of way, unauthorised encampment, Town Village Green and Commons matters
- Attending (remotely) meetings and briefings
This position is to start immediately and the successful Planning Solicitor will be able to work full-time hours, although candidates seeking part-time hours will be considered.
This role is to be based remotely.
