Commercial Litigation Solicitor
QED Legal have been instructed to find a litigation solicitor on behalf of this market leading Teesside based law firm. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to £50K plus a very attractive and achievable bonus structure.
Acting for a variety of commercial clients, the ideal candidate will have a solid history of litigating on a wide range of commercial disputes. It is essential that you have a full working knowledge of the insolvency process. The firm are open to applications from both Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with between 4-6 years PQE.
The firm are a multi office practice and considered by most to be a stalwart of the North East region. They enjoy an exemplary reputation in this area and are able to attract a steady stream of good quality work from business and individual clients both locally and nationally
The team deals with a broad range of litigious matters including both commercial litigation matters, property litigation and professional negligence claims.
