Legal Delivery and Innovation Professional Support Lawyer for an international firm £80K - £90K.

If you are passionate about the technical aspects of the law and helping lawyers realise their full potential, but want to move away from fee earning, this role could be for you.

Our client, a dynamic international firm, are looking for a Legal Delivery and Innovation Professional Support Lawyer to join them on a perm basis. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the firm, as the cornerstone of the legal
training program and wider legal skills academy, both in the UK and internationally.

In this role, you would be:
 Leading the implementation of a Legal Delivery Academy in the firm, to upskill and
support our lawyers in an agile working environment, with a particular focus on wider
legal skills such as legal project management and core legal skills
 Providing opportunities to leverage the internal training for the use of our clients in
business development and legal product development
 Undertaking a gap analysis of the current law and legal skills training program, and
seeking regular feedback and input from the firm's practice groups on the scope and
quality of the provision
 Collaborating with third party training providers to design and deliver courses tailored
for the firm's needs
 Designing and delivering select centrally managed legal skills courses
 Working with the PSL community and others as a consultant on the design of practice
area black letter law programs (including trainee inductions and programs to support
the Solicitor Qualifying Examination), and delivering "train the trainer" sessions to
enable consistent high quality delivery across our global offices
 Managing practice area requests for attendance at external courses
 Liaising with the digital team and other staff in L&D to ensure co-ordination across the
firm's learning centres, including policies relating to the use of the firm's LMS and
providing input on its development, advising on appropriate use of digital learning and
other remote learning formats
 Overseeing the administration of centrally managed courses
 Managing the legal training budget

In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
 a strong academic background, including a minimum of a 2:1;
 be legally qualified with some practice experience
 a proven track record in the design, delivery, and facilitation of high quality legal and/or
legal skills training and programs
 excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and the confidence to
communicate and present well in a multi-cultural, multi-level matrix environment
 an ability to build relationships with our lawyers, L&D staff, external suppliers and
clients

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer who is eager to develop the skills of more junior lawyers.
