A prestigious and leading US law firm seeks to appoint a Human Resources Coordinator for a full-time, permanent role. The wider HR team in London comprises 3 professionals – they are all extremely supportive, everyone chips in where needed and no-one is left to flounder, so a can-do/enthusiastic personality is required.

The Role
With mentoring from a Senior HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will:
- Provide comprehensive generalist HR support to the 150-strong, City of London office.
- Work as part of a small team of 3 on all aspects of the HR function, from recruiting and on-boarding to assisting on HR projects.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a team player with a strong interest in HR paired with a working knowledge of HR processes.
Requirements
The firm is looking to speak with Human Resources Coordinators who demonstrate:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- CIPD qualified preferred.
- Proven previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or financial services organisation.
- A thorough understanding of current employment law and HR policies and how to apply these in the workplace.
