Leading tech-based & PE owned financial services organisation is seeking a corporate / commercial lawyer to join its legal team based in Surrey.
You will be involved in a wide range of M&A and corporate advisory work but also be willing to broaden out and work on general commercial matters as well.
You will have a corporate/commercial law background from a top law firm or in-house and be excited to join a rapidly growing organisation and team.
