A leading Top 50 International practice with a base in Leeds are looking for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their well ranked, and highly thought of team in the city centre.
The role will be drafting and dealing with a range of commercial contract matters within the healthcare public and private sectors.
You will be working with large organisations such as the NHS to mid-size and smaller private healthcare organisations on commercial contracts work. Day to day the role will involve negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts in a healthcare setting as well as more general advice on procurement issues, outsourcing contracts, regulatory due diligence and more.
The firm really are leaders in this sphere and have a stellar reputation as one of the pre-eminent practices supporting clients in the public and private healthcare sectors. As a junior to mid level PQE lawyer you will get the opportunity to get hands on experience with great supervision and training as well as supporting senior staff members on more complex work.
With the firm operating a flex forward policy they are open to discussion for the right level of lawyer as to how the role is worked although it is envisioned that this will be predominantly an office based role over time.
